Motivator-2.com is not responsible for the shipping time after the item has been left with the shipping carrier.
All items with Free Shipping may only be shipped within the United States. We cannot ship Free Shipping items for free Internationally. If you would like to purchase an item with Free Shipping and have it shipped to an International address, please contact us here for am International rate quote.
Regular shipping fees apply for all other items.
Domestic Shipping Policy
FedEx Shipping: Items shipped using this service may be shipped by FedEx or UPS service, whichever is the best shipping method. Any item ordered Monday — Friday will be processed by the next business day and shipped within 24 -72 hours. Items generally will arrive within 3—7 business days.
Priority Shipping: Items shipped using this service will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Any item ordered with Priority Shipping Monday — Friday will be processed by the next business day and shipped within 24 hours. Items generally will arrive within 2—3 business days. This option is for urgent items that are needed quickly.
Express Shipping: Items shipped using this service will be shipped by USPS Express Mail. Any item ordered with Express Shipping before 10 A.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday — Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Most items will arrive to their destination the next day (1 business day). In extremely rare cases items will arrive within 2 business days or less. This option is for urgent last minute items that are needed extremely quickly.
International Shipping
We do offer shipping on some of our items however, there are some limitations on which products can be shipped internationally. We may reserve the right to cancel an order if it cannot be shipped Internationally. Please contact us if you want an item shipped outside of the United States.
Back Orders
Motivator-2.com regularly stocks every item on our website. Occasionally a product may be out of stock. If you order an item that is not currently in stock, we will notify you by e-mail and ship your in stock item separately from the backorder item. Please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the notification, if you wish to cancel the backordered item; otherwise, we will attempt to back order the item and send it to you as soon as it becomes available.
Once the backordered item becomes available, we will process and ship the remaining order within 24 hours using Economy Shipping. At that time your account will be charged for the backordered item and the additional shipping fee.
Return Policy
All Returns
You must contact us to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# must be on the packing slip, not on the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON unless instructed to do so by us. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RMA number, not approved for return, or failing to meet all of the above criteria, will be refused and your account will not be credited with a refund. The RMA# is good for seven (7) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. Credits are based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest. Shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Depending upon the shipper or manufacturer’s requirements, defective merchandise either (1) may be returned for REPLACMENT ONLY with the same product/model or (2) will be credited (including original shipping and handling) upon receipt of merchandise if returned within 7 days from invoice date. to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 25% per unit will be billed to your account.
